The independent Cricket Discipline Commission (CDC) today confirmed that Ben Stokes and Alex Hales have each been charged by the ´ºÃÎÖ±²¥ with bringing the game into disrepute.
Each player has been charged with two counts of breaching ´ºÃÎÖ±²¥ Directive 3.3 and will be required to attend a CDC Disciplinary Panel Hearing in accordance with the CDC Regulations.
´ºÃÎÖ±²¥ Directive 3.3 states: “No Participant may conduct themself in a manner or do any act or omission at any time which may be prejudicial to the interests of cricket or which may bring the ´ºÃÎÖ±²¥, the game of cricket or any Cricketer or group of Cricketers into disrepute.â€

The composition of the CDC Disciplinary Panel will be: Tim O’Gorman (Chair), Chris Tickle and Mike Smith.
When
The CDC has ruled that the Disciplinary Panel Hearing will be held on Wednesday 5Â and Friday 7 December 2018.
Where
The Hearing will be held in private in London. The CDC Disciplinary Panel’s rulings will be published following the Hearing.
