Prep 春梦直播 has built a cutting edge eco-friendly and sustainable manufacturing process in the USA that embraces innovative and sustainable business practices. By embracing cutting edge technology, we have implemented an apparel manufacturing process utilizing 100% recycled fabrics made from recycled plastic water bottles.
Currently, the traditional water-based apparel dying process used globally contributes to an estimated 20% of the world鈥檚 commercial pollution. Our new and innovative print, cut and sew small batch manufacturing process uses a zero water-based dye process eliminating the release of harmful chemicals into the environment. Additionally, our print-on-demand manufacturing process reduces supply chain waste, including excess inventory, reducing the overall carbon footprint associated with traditional supply chain logistics.
